HiLock-55L | Ideal Choice for Small-Scale Food Production
Precisely designed for small food factories, offering balanced capacity, cost-effectiveness, and consistent quality. Simple structure and easy deployment allow quick startup without major modifications, helping businesses reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Optimized Capacity: 55L chamber matches small-scale production—no waste, no shortage, high cost-performance, ideal for small enterprises.
- Stable Sterilization: Consistent pressure ensures uniform sterilization and taste, enhancing quality control and reducing defective products.
- Simple & Energy Efficient: Single pressurizer design, easy maintenance, water-cycle energy-saving system reduces energy consumption by 30%.
- Fresh & Clean-Label: Inlet <25°C + non-thermal physical sterilization preserves freshness and nutrition, additive-free, meeting clean-label trends.
Working Principle
High Pressure Processing (HPP), also known as high-pressure sterilization or cold pasteurization, works by applying 400–600 MPa of hydrostatic pressure to food in a low-temperature environment of 5°C–20°C, using water as the medium, achieving efficient sterilization while preserving freshness.
5 Steps to High-Pressure Processing
1.Pressure Generation: High pressure is generated by an intensifier pump, typically operating in the range of 400–600 MPa (approximately 4000–6000 bar / 58,000–87,000 psi).
2.Pressure Transmission: Pressure is transmitted to the product through a medium, usually water.
3.Preparation Stage: The product is sealed in packaging and placed into the high-pressure vessel.
4.Pressure Application: The pump raises the pressure inside the vessel, applying and holding pressure on the product for a specified time.
5.Pressure Release: After processing, pressure is released in a controlled manner, completing the cycle.
